For the time being, print purchases directly at ArtistryofAshleyJoi.com have been discontinued. Affordable canvas prints can be purchased at the iCanvas link.
If you were able to make a print order, and it was cancelled, you will receive two emails pertaining to your refund. Paypal will send an email to explain the timeframe of your refund, and www.ArtistryofAshleyJoi.com will issue you a cancellation confirmation with the details of your order. Please check your spam and junk folders for these emails. Should you need additional assistance, please contact ArtistryofAshleyJoi@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist.

**COVID-19 UPDATE**
Shipping is via USPS or UPS. You will receive a tracking number via the website within 24 hours of shipment. Courier drop-offs are once weekly during the 2020 pandemic. Current shipping times are 7-14 days. Please allow up to 14 days for shipment before inquiring on the status of your order. Confirmation that your order is being processed will be sent to your email immediately after check-out. This is your assurance that your order is in-process.

If local and choosing the pick-up option, please contact ArtistryofAshleyJoi@gmail.com to arrange for item pick-up. Delivery is also available. Please inquire prior to purchase for delivery information.
